Products returned must be brand new and unused.All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are required to be sent back with the item.

5. Exchange Confirmation
Wemetradecp will confirm within 24 hours of receiving the request whether the exchange can be processed and provide the customer with detailed instructions and important notes.

9. Exchange Processing
Products that meet the conditions will be replaced as soon as possible, typically within 2 business days.
